Volvo Repair: electrical problem, gas gauge, abs sensor

i have my check engine light again.. 1.5 months ago i had the light go on for my ect and thermostat sensors i had them replaced and now i am having it come on again.. in December i had my abs light and gas gauge lights on and showing my gas tank at empty the dealership told me i need to change my abs sensor and gas pump when they took up my back seat they found squirrels chewed thru the wires. replaced that and the lights when off. i have a feeling that this code is the same problem an electrical one. i have other issues in my car also being my actuator for my a/c sorts up and only changes from heat to a/c when i hit a bump that i feel is electrical too because i had that changed as well. so does anyone know what i should do i hate throwing money into fixing these problems short term if it is what i think an electrical problem. is their anyway to   check the wires and see if they are damaged or anywhere i can bring it to that can. i am around the Albany/ NYC/ and jersey areas.

 Lazar, this is no easy fix. Electrical problems can haunt you for years. Especially if rodent chewing is involved. They will nest/chew anywhere in the vehicle causing multiple problems. You just have to tackle them one at a time until you get through them all. You might get lucky and some are related. Mostly not.
  Things that work and stop working with bumps, are usually connector related. HTH
