QUESTION: I'm sure you know the answer.  It's just that from my point of view, you don't, since I still don't.  I don't mean to insult you, but answers that would entail long replies are just as deserving as those needing only short replies.  Thanks anyway.

Answer
Richard, I tell you what.  Why dont we compromise.  I will do the dash top right now.  Im assuming the passenger cover is all peeled like most of them do.  There is a kit available from the dealer that you replace the airbag cover and I think there are instructions with it.  okay.  With a small screwdriver, pry off on one side of all the a/c vents.  You will see the 25 torx screws on the underside of the panel. Remove all those screws as well as the 2 by the instrument cluster.  open the drivers door and you will see the side vent.  There is a little grommet covering the screw.  Remove that and remove that screw.  Now take the vent off to uncover another screw at the front of the dashpanel.  Now remove the left speaker cover.  Push the center of the speaker buttons and remove the speaker.  Now on to the glove box.  Remove the 25 torx from the inner panel.  pull the insert out.  You will need a small screwdriver to pry out the lid clips.  Carefully remove the passenger airbag connector from the bag.  There should be 4 10mm bolts holding the bag in.  there may be another screw on the right side of the dash pad so do the same as on the left side as well as the speaker for the right side.  I told you this way a lengthy thing but you made a point and I obliged.  If you get stuck, let me know.  Roger
