Volvo Repair: volvo s80 3.0 turbo, volvo s80, tow truck driver

My 6 week old 2009 volvo s80 3.0 turbo hesitated to start 2 days ago.  After getting it started I drove it about 300 feet and then it just died. I couldn't get it to start again. I had it towed on a flatbed truck (btw, by the time the tow truck driver arrived the car started again) to the dealer.  The dealer came up with some codes indicating that all 5 cylinders had misfired.  After clearing those codes they couldn't get the problem to recur and say that the car is OK.  I feel very vulnerable in a car that could at any time just stop running.  Any suggestions?  Thank you so much for your expertise and time.  It is so much appreciated.

  Debra, no known pattern failures here. It would have to act up while testing to be sure. If it stored misfirre codes on all 5, I would look at ignition system and injection. I know this isn't very much help or reasssuring but without being there and hsving it act up, I cannot do anything more.
