Volvo Repair: 1999 volvo S80 T6R, volvo s80, 1999 volvo s80

The car starts and runs for about 10 seconds and stalls. If you try again, it will start and run for 5 seconds and stall and so on. I have replaced the immobilizer antenna at the recommendation of the dealer but it still does it. What next?

   Charlie, the immobilizer antenna? I guess it's always possible, but what planet was this guy from? You have to start with testing the basics. If those are all ok, then when it stalls, you have to have the right diagnostic equipment connected to catch/record the event. Otherwise it's total guesswork.
   You need to seek professional help and apparently, that's not your friendly dealer. Try to find an independent that specializes in Volvo, or at least foreign, so they have some familiarity and/or test equipment for Bosch systems. Let me know.
