Volvo Repair: 1998 V70XC turn signal relay location, signal relay, turn signals

Question
My turn signals have stopped flashing. All the bulbs are goo and I can mimic the flashing manually. I think the turn signal relay has gone out but I cannot find where it is located. Can you tell me where to find the relay, how to get to it, what it looks like, and maybe even a part number?

   Ok Tom, sorry I did not hand you the silver bullet you were looking for. Solutions require effort and often an expense is associated with it. No one person can remember where everything is located on every make model and year vehicle on the planet. That's why reference (hence Alldata) materials exist.
