Volvo Repair: V40 exhaust cam pulley, head bolt, alignment tool

Question
2000 v40 1.9t 6mm valve stems
During the process of pulling the head off of this car. I removed the entire exhaust cam pulley, thinking that there would be an alignment pin. I was wondering how to realign?

I also need head bolt and cam cover torque specs. Thanks

Answer
Chad, you need the cam alignment tool.  They are available on Ebay.  There is an alignment procedure since that is the VVT unit.  You can line up the cam with the mark on the timing cover but there are more steps.  I can go over it more with you later.  Head bolt specs are finger tighten bolts 1 and 2 15 ft lbs  The rest are 44 ft lbs. After all are torqued, Angle tighten to 130 degrees.  Cam cover specs are start in the middle and work out towards the back.  I couldnt find and specs.  Basically tight.  Use Volvo chemcial gasket and surfaces must be clean.  Use a roller to apply.  Roger
