Volvo Repair: 1998 S70 GLT, car wont start, key reader

Question
I've notice ECC units lights flashing and 20 sec later stop flashing.(2)No heat and engine takes 20 minutes for normal range on dashboard to read.(3) Car wont start until I turn key for about 5 or 6 times. Two days I didn't start the car up and now car wont startup at all.Help me please
Lil Lady tired of been taken in by mechanics that don't know the answer. Also the car has 217.000 miles.

April, Sounds like various issues.  Time to find you a real Volvo shop that can help you and not get taken.  Where do you live?  As far as the situations, The flashing is most likely one of the dampner motor not working.  The no start sounds like the key reader is giving you issues.  Try another key and see if the car starts.  Its called the immobilizer.  Roger
