Volvo Repair: Volvo XC 2001, throtle body, gomez addams

hi there.  my wagon has been lurching lately, when i'm stopped (foot on the brake).  it's not violent, so that if i keep my foot on it i wont go anywhere, but what is causing this?  no one seems to know.  thanks!

Jennifer, you need to call Gomez Addams and tell him that Lurch is bothering your car.  HA.  Anyway, To me it sounds like a possible Throtle body issue. That should be covered under the factory recall.  Unfortunately, you will need to go to a Volvo shop for a scan of the systems to see exactly whats going on.  Roger
