Volvo Repair: Volvo S70 Repairs Tranny, volvo s70, tranny fluid

Seems everyone claims the minor tanny issue I wanted to replace the TRans SCreens says I cant, must replace entire tranny. Fluid on ground, dipstick dry, shifting problem for 10 min then was ok. Figured it was screens.

  Mike, I'm not really sure what you're asking. You did not really phrase a question.
  The screens are not serviceable except to remove and disassemble the unit. It is unlikely that they are the problem anyway. Find out where it's leaking from and repair. If it's blowing out of the dipstick, you have an internal problem. Do not run it dry or low on fluid.
