Volvo Repair: removing 92 Volvo 240 inner door panel, volvo 240 wagon, volvo 240

Question
I like to do simple work on my own cars, but i'm no mechanic, and prefer to learn things the right way than to learn by making mistakes...I'm trying to get into the driver's door to fix a broken outer handle on my Volvo 240 wagon ('92).  I've removed all but the arm rest, and there's one connector I can't figure out how to remove.  There's no screw, just looks like it might be a pop-in nipple-type connector.  How do I remove this inner panel without breaking connectors?  Thanks for your time!

Answer
Johnana, there are 3 screws to remove.  The 2 covers on the arm rests just pop out and acess the 2 25 torxs screws. There is another screw close to the front of the arm pull.  Then the arm rest kind of twists off.  Im confused about the other part of your question.  Roger
