Volvo Repair: volvo electrical, welcome to the nightmare, nightmare world

2000 s80 t6. Battery discharges somehow and I charged and tested it.(was good). after replacing battery several functions won't work. 1. central locking system 2. trunk locking system 3. overhead lights cannot be operated manually. 4. moonroof. All fuses good. help!

Frank, welcome to the nightmare world of the S80 T6.  This all sounds like a problem with the alarm siren.  Try to use the remote and lock and unlock several times.  If this doesnt work, then it needs to go to a Volvo shop for a scan of the systems.  Roger
