Volvo Repair: 3rd row seat, v70 awd, volvo wagon

I am looking at buying a used Volvo wagon and have noticed that some have the 3rd row seat and some don't.  It looks like all of them are set-up to install one.  If I have to have the 3rd row seat, can I take one out of another Volvo of same model and year and easily install it?  Looking specifically at a 2000 V70 AWD CROSS COUNTRY SE - Any suggestions, problems to look for?

Josh, if all the hardware is there on the donor car then no problem.  3rd seats are options and sometimes dealer installed options.  To be honest Josh, stay away from the AWD models.  You will thank me later.  If you want a wagon, get a normal V70 non AWD.  Less issues, better gas milage.  Roger
