Volvo Repair: 1990 volvo 740 turbo, volvo 740, throtle body

my car idles high(1200RPM)and I also have 2-codes showing,a 231,232 that has to do lambada,mixture too rich or too lean.please point me in the right direction so I can fix my car.can you give me ohm values or voltage reading for different electrical parts;ie. IAC,temp sensor,ect. thanks,scott

Scott, you dont need that to fix this car.  Ohm values, etc.  First start by cleaning and adjusting your throtle body.  Next if the thing still idles high, hit the idle speed motor with a hammer.  If the idle drops, then the problem is with the idle motor.  231 and 232 are usually 02 sensor related.  We can go into that later after you do the 2 things first.  Roger
