Volvo Repair: 1997 Volvo 850 non turbo, volvo dealer, volvo 850

Hi, hope you can assist,  I have done oil, lube etc on this car and would like to be able to reset the service indicator light.  I have a bit of diffuculty with this light being on at night.  
Is there any way I can do this without a special tool and if not, can you suggest approx cost of my purchasing the tool.

you can take the bulb out it will cost you around $400 labor or to buy the reset tool it around $800 or do the oil changes by Volvo dealer it will include oil change and light reset

first you asked me how to turn of the service light i told you how and were ok.so  what part did you not understand?do you like me to come over and turn  it off for you for free but nothing is free my friend ok.$400 to remove the bulb from dash it will cost you by Volvo dealer you have to remove upper dash a part i hope  you know that and the tool will cost you $800 to buy good scan tool from snap on or if you can buy cheaper why do you ask me if you know were to find better price don't ask me any more questions .maybe take hammer and brake the bulb out  and is fixed it is the cheapest way :) bye
