Volvo Repair: 850 head gasket, head gasket, paint roller

what is thespecial tools needed for this repair> I worked for Volvo as a mechanic for about 13 years but never did any 850>

Bobby, Volvo chemical gasket and a small paint roller.  You have to clean both surfaces before you put it back together, for the upper valve cover. The pressdown tool is handy but you can get away with being careful when you put the cams back in and work the valve cover bolts from the middle out.  Other than that, just set up the engine like a normal T-belt replacement and press on.  Roger
