Volvo Repair: S70 Bulb Failure warning. . .and clicking sound, volvo specialist, bulb failure

Question
Hello Roger! I have a 1998 S70 w/83K miles. When I turn on the right signal, the bulb failure warning light comes on and blinks in unison with the right arrow light(on the dash.) Strangely, if I press on the brake, the Bulb failure light turns off, and the right signal (actual signal light & dash arrow) blink faster. I've checked the front and rear lights and none appear to be out. Do you know what could be causing this? (BTW I had the front brake pads/rotors replaced about a month ago. Any possible connection?)
Also, if going below 20 miles/hr every 20th  or so time I press the breaks, there is a faint clicking sound coming from the right rear. Is this a sign of something I should have checked out by a specialist? Last thing, the radio antenna won't go up or down. Is this something I can fix myself, or best leave to the experts. Thanks in advance for you help!!!

Answer
Annette, There is definately a bulb issue somewhere. I would check all of them.  The front ones are usually the culprits.  No connection with the rotors and pads.  No idea on the clicking noise.  I would have to inspect the vehicle.  The antenna is usually the mast that has broken.  I would let the Volvo Specialist repair it.  Roger
