Volvo Repair: 95 960 stuck driver seat, electric cables, mechanical pencil

Hi,

I have an inside track stuck.   I can see a mechanical pencil jammed down the track. I have (with some difficulty) removed all four bolts and cleared the two mid-rail keys.  I think I need to remove the seat and invert it and get to the obstruction. How do I detach the electric cables without damaging the connections?  How many are there? Seat heater too?

Is there an easier way?

PS, is there some way for the head rest to be removed so I can tip the seat further forward?

Break the pencil out of the track with a long screwdriver. There should be two release clips felt through the back of the seat about chest high to release the headrest.The cables are held in with a bolt for a locking bracket,simply remove the bolt and the bracket and the cable should pull right out.I would keep trying to break it out while attempting to move the seat back and forth
