Volvo Repair: 1996 volvo 850, fuel pressure regulator, brake rotor

Hey My volvo 850 is smoking and running real rough i am not gettin any gas mileage any more or power could u tell me what this could be? Also when i turn my headlights on the dash lights blink or doesen't come on at all can please help me out? It has 168659 and the fluid levels are fine oil is dirty? And also my brakes pedel is hard and they shake?

May have a failing fuel pressure regulator or oxygen sensor.Read off the fault codes and let me know. The brake petal shaking is an indication of rear brake rotor warpage.Rotors will need to be machined or replaced,also check for improper brake pads or sticking/seized calipers.Headlight issue is probably a bad headlight switch.
