Volvo Repair: 1996 volvo 850, lighting issue, volvo 850

Hey My volvo 850 is smoking and running real rough i am not gettin any gas mileage any more or power could u tell me what this could be? Also when i turn my headlights on the dash lights blink or doesen't come on at all can please help me out?

We need a little more information. How many miles on the car?Is it a turbo? Are any fluid levels low?Check the coolant and engine oil levels specifically. Have you read fault codes, if any? Has car overheated? The lighting issue is probably a headlight switch.
