I am looking for a service manual to tackle the small stuff myself.

Answer
Mike, The flame trap is essentially the pvc.  The only small thing you would be able to do is the serp belt.  The rest of the stuff requires special tools.  The spring seat Im assuming is the upper strut cushions and for him to do both is fairly reasonable. You can buy a decent service manual online but the best manual is the factory service manuals available from the dealer. Roger
