Volvo Repair: volvo starting problems, hesitation problem, throtle body

Question
G'day eh...My 87 volvo GLE does not like to start sometimes, it seems worse when it is humid, and cool.  Turns over great, but won't start right up...seems like there is condensation on a connection...I have also been chasing a hesitation problem...the tack will go from 1000 rpm to 8 or 900...runs and drives great otherwise

Answer
Michael, check condition of cap, rotor plug wires, etc.  Now check to see if the fuel relay is orignal or not.  Its located behind the ashtray assembly.  It will be a white relay about 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide.  For the hesitation, I would check airmass meter and perform a throtle body service and adjustment.  Roger
