Volvo Repair: 1999 XC70 AWD wagon, valarie, timing belt

Question
I was at a stop and my timing belt broke.  My question is there any chance of repair by changing just the timing belt?

Answer
Valarie, if you were at a stop, there is a chance that you got lucky and a timing belt and tensioner is all you will need to get going.  If you were going 70 and it broke its a different story.  There is a chance that you bent valves.  I would have a good Volvo shop look at your car.  Roger
