Volvo Repair: Transmission Urgent Service Light on XC90 04, volvo xc90, vehicle history

Hello Roger,

I have a Volvo XC90 AWD T6 with 53K miles. I have taken it to the shop twice because I get the above mentioned light. The dealer has not been able to determine what is wrong with the car. The last time I went for a test drive with the service manager and the car didn't act up.

Any suggestions.

David, the dealer is trying to get out of putting a new trans in the vehicle.  History has told us that what happens when that light comes on.  Flushing the trans may work for a little while but ultimately the proper fix is to replace the trans.   Roger
