Volvo Repair: Tracs and ABS dash lights on and of intermittentantly, s70 t5, gerbrandt

I have a 1998 S70 T5 SE 4 door sedan. The tracs light, & the abs light come on intermittently. When I am turning the "info" knob the little panel under the speedometer shows "diSC" this is when the cursor is on the left side, this flashes of and on a number of times before it quit.
Another problem is the heater does not give of heat, on occasion it gives heat, it seems as though the water valve does not open up. the AC part works ok. Is this a module problem? Fuses appear ok, loose connection? "Getting colder."

Larry, Abs and Tracs will be the ABs control module.  Common issue on these.  The Disc thing is the sensor in the spoiler that usually goes bad.  As far as the heat, I havent seen this happen before on the 70 series.   The lever or module that moves the rod to go to heat mode may to bad.  Roger
