Volvo Repair: head gasket repair, head gasket repair, head gasket problem

I have a 1996 850 Turbo with 134,000 miles on it.  I purchased it used 2 years ago. The radiator has been replaced twice and I continue to have serious coolant leaks. One mechanic suggested that I might have a head gasket problem. Additionally, the ABS/Tracs light comes on. I understand that these are expensive repairs...  Should I just get another car?

Mary, Its a decent car still its up to you on if you want to spend that kind of money on the car.  Where else are you going to find a good car like the 850 Turbo for maybe 2 grand in repairs?  Is your mechanic a real Volvo Tech or just a general mechanic?  Roger
