Volvo Repair: Window Operation, riveter, rivets

Greetings, I have a 2001, S80. The drive window jerks when & if it goes up & down. It will go down about an inch and stick, if I giggle it it will go down, then I have to giggle it to get it back up. I have removed the door pannel etc to try & see if anything is loose. Can not find anything. Ideas thanks

most likely the arms on your window regulator are bent.  The solution is to replace the regulator.  Eberything is held in by rivets so unless you have a riveter that can pull heavy duty metal rivets, this repair is out of your range.  Its about 2-3 hours to replace with the regulator pricing in somewhere between 200-300 dollars.
