Volvo Repair: 1995 Volvo 850 Cigarette Lighter, volvo 850, pluged

Question
The cigarette lighter in my 1995 Volvo 850 blew the fuse.  I replaced it, and the fuse blew immediately.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

do you have anything pluged in to the cigar lighter? or you maybe have something inside like coin stuck shorting it out or you have bad cigar lighter plug that is shorted out by it self   .but check for anything inside coin or the item thar is pluged in  good luck
