Volvo Repair: 2003 - Volvo s60 - Buzzing Sound after locking the doors. ?, volvo s60, solonoid

HI Roger...

Nice name... :-) A fellow Patricio over here... I was wondering if you could help me...

I have a 2003 S60 AWD - Whenever I lock the doors, A buzzing sound happens as if the locks are continuously trying to lock or unlock the doors and probably continues to occur for 20 mins or so after I leave the car? A very weird noise, and it doesn't do anything...(locks or unlocks the doors...) Have you heard of this occurring before? or any suggestions...

Hey Rey, If you have Brasilian blood in you, we might be related.  Anyway, I cant say that I have heard that one before but from past things on the older cars, you maybe having a situation with the lock solonoid.  If the car has under 50K miles then its still under warranty.  Take care for now.  Roger
