How much does it cost to clean the trottle body?  And, do you know of any recall related to the trottle body on a 2000, S70 SE?

The throttle cleaning service varies on who performs it, and what product they are using.  We charge 99.00 for it.  The product alone is 35 dollars.  There is a recall, number 155, which applies new software to prevent check engine lights.  Also the warranty on the throttle body has been extended to 200,00 miles, 10 years.
