Volvo Repair: No ac or vent air coming out, vent air, volvo s70

98 Volvo S70 with 87,000 miles with my daughter in college in Florida.  She reports that there is no ac or even vent air coming out of the air vents.  We had the evaporator coil replaced last summer -- it just quit working after torrential rain in Fla.  Any ideas?  Thanks so much.  Laurie Wegner

I need more information to evaluate this properly.

1. Is there no fan activation or does the fan comes on but there is no air blowing out?

2. Is the climate head still on when the car is on? lights come on, etc...

3. If the climate head is still on, does the ac on button and recirculation button lights flash when you start the car?

4. Automatic or manual climate control?
