He check the timing ignition , but we are not sure if he got the right manual . Can you Help me please.

Answer
Well the ignition timing is set.  There is no way to get that mixed up.  It is possible to have the spark plugs backward though.  Check the connectors are going to the right coils.  Also to set the timing requires a special tool in the back of the camshafts to lock them in place while you tighten the front cam gears.  They are infinitly adjustable AND are constantly variable with oil pressure controlled valve timing gears.  If he does not have the tools he will never be able to get the valve timing right.  Absolutely no way to do it with out them.  Also the timing marks only refer to the TIMING POSITION of the motor which is NOT TDC.  TDC is generally the timing position for most cars but not this one.  If that is how he set it up he is wrong.  I wish I could describe how to do it right by email but the procedure is over 6 pages in our manual with many detailed pictures.  You may have to have a volvo person come to look at the car.  I could really only show you, hard to tell you.
