Volvo Repair: Oil coming out of dipstick, england oil, dipstick

I have a 1994 850 SE 2.5 20v, in England. Oil is coming out of the dipstick, the car runs perfectly fine and is on 130 000 miles.

oil coming from dipstick how much and were on top of the dipstick or around the end were it goes to engine if by engine maybe bad dipstick seal if not that you have to much blowby 2 things cloged crancase ventilation or bad engine leaking to much comppression to pass by pistons and going to oil pan and blowing to dipstick
