Volvo Repair: Engine stall, volvo s 70, cam sensor

Hi Roger,my 1998 volvo s-70 T5 with 69,000 miles started to stall.
. First time was about 3 weeks ago...I was driving 40 mph ,hot day,Ac on,when i eased  the accel. to slow down it died...steering wheel locked up, etc....started right back up.Since then i drove the car with the AC on and off without any problem. This morning while driving on the highway  and slowing down from 70 to 35 mph it stalled again while I'm driving and started right back up.(same conditions as before hot day,Ac on). Any ideas? Thanks so much for your help.

Shimon, This is one of those things that needs to be scanned to see whats going on.  It may be something as simple as a cam sensor.  With this kind of problem, Its hard to diagnose it without seeing the car.  I suggest a good Volvo shop to handle this.  Roger
