Volvo Repair: 850 blower fan, wheel nuts, turbo station

Hi. Thanks for your help.

I own a 94 850 turbo station wagon.192,0000 mile
I lost my cabin blower motor a while ago.In the process it made a large hole in the box. This was repaired and I bought a new blower motor from e bay. When all was installed the fan stays on full speed (4) and the only way I can shut it off is by removing the fuse. I have a "auto unit"The auto unit is also dead.
Many threads I have asked tell me to change relays etc. I have removed all the relays/sensor packs,the dail unit and it still stays on.I went to the junk yard and changed numouros parts but no luck. One thread I saw was that the person had to take most of the dash apart to reach a relay for the fan. Im trying to confirm that before I go hunting but it was posted in 2004. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Apart from this issue I have had great luck in repairing things on this car. Apart from main oil seal and removing wheel nuts.

Hi Peter,
          My guess is wiring has problem...you must disconnect wiring to fan and test it with a test light to know that the motor is receiving its needs..check the ground... it should be clean and proper..
