Volvo Repair: Volvo S60 Wheel Problem, volvo dealers, volvo s60

Question
Hi. I am owner of a Volvo s60 2.0T year 2004. The car has tires 215/16/55. The problem is that from the beginning the steering wheel was particularly heavy and the noise of the wheels when driving the car was intense (you can feel the tyres on the road). In the parking manoeuvres turning the steering wheel fast in a point near to the end it became still heavier (as if it was not servo). In the beginning the problem was intense only turning the steering wheel to left but now you can feel it in any direction  and noise have begun to be heard (when turning the steering wheel) when the car is cold. Also you can hear a metal noise from the right side (front and rear) at the acceleration from low rp/min or when you braking. Most worrying is that the car in Lefts turns with acceleration loses his accretion (grip) and gines the impression that will turn over. The volvo dealers service it cannot find what's going on, they agree that something is wrong but they dont know what. I would appreciate particularly any advice or information. I thank. Sorry for the poor english.

Answer
The dealer is still responsible for this car.  If the techs cant find it then they need to call The Volvo factory Tech rep and figure out your problem.  You can call them as well if you do not get the results you want.  I cant diagnose noises without seeing the car.  Roger
