How do you set the timing on the camshaft on this vehicle please?

the camshafts are set with a special lock that goes on the back of the motor. pull off the distributor and the cams shaft sensor and you will see the cams are notched.  The special tool goes in there.  If you left the gears on and didn't move them you can reset their position with the timing marks on the gear, they will line up with the upper timing cover. If you removed the gears and don't know how they came off then you have to buy the tool to get it done right. you can get it from the dealerships parts department. It will have to be special ordered.
