Thanks again for taking the time to answer my questions. You bring up the timing belt. Unfortunately the timing belt did not break! In fact this same shop did my timing belt at 140K service.
How else does one lose compression in two cyl going 70 mph?

Andagain would you advise changing all teh valves or just the ones that are bad, since i do have good compression on the other 3 cyl.

uday, Interesting.  Unfortunately I dont have an explanation for that one. As far as the valves go, I would spend the extra money and have them all done.  They come with a warranty plus the shop should have their warranty for performing the repairs so that at least will cover you.  Its better to do the job right and know that the head has been redone properly.  Good Luck.  Roger
