Volvo Repair: Rear Window washer not squirting, volvo dealership, delivery valve

Question
I have a 1996 850 volvo turbo wagon and the tailgate window washer sprayer is no longer working.  I taken the back passenger panel apart to see if the line was disconnected but it was still in tack.  I took the line apart and it was completely dry.  Also no fluid coming out when I turned the rear washer on.  I thought maybe it was the delivery valve so I bought one but was unable to find it in order to replace it?  Any other suggestions.  Is it the rear pump and where is it? Thanks

Dear Roger,
           I don't know where the pump is on a 850 but if you call the service dept. of your  friendly Volvo dealership they will tell you...be polite and to the point...listen and thank him...tell him next time you have a big problem that you can't handle you'd consider using their service dept.
            You might have a failed relay...they do fail.
