Volvo Repair: 87 740 Turbo AC not working, compressor clutch, turbo ac

I had problems starting my 87 740 turbo-replaced the fuel injection relay and ignition amplifier, also fixed some exposed wires. The car starts now but the AC compressor will not kick in. All fuses are good and gauge reads plenty of refrigerant/pressure. Just can't seem to get compressor to kick on. Any thoughts?

you would need to check for power to the low pressre switch.which is on the accumulator.if no power in the problem is between the switch and control panel.if power in and not out of switch switch is bad.if power in and out then problem is between switch and compressor.possible the compressor clutch s bad.if there is power to the compressor and still does not run then compressor clutch is bad.
