Volvo Repair: Help with a problem, volvo v70, screen washer

the problem i have is that my rear screen washer isnt working. It doesnt sound like the pump is running, however the front screen washers do work. I was hoping you would be able to tell me where the pump is! it is a Volvo V70 2001 model.
Also i was wondering if you would be able to tell me how to turn off the service advice on the on screen pannel without the specialist equipment or do i need to take it back to the dealer? due to the fact i have serviced it myself.

it is located behind the front bumper on the passenger side.it is hard to get to.below is how to do the light.


turn the ignition key to position 1 then press and hold the tripometer reset button then turn the key to position 2.hold the button til the service light flashes 2 times then release the button and then turn the key to off position.
