Volvo Repair: Brake rotors, rear rotors, brake rotors

Question
I have a 2001 S60 2.4 nonturbo and need to replace the front rotors.  The dealer says there are 15 and 16 inch kits but all the online parts places ask if they are 11.3 or 12".  Is there any place to look on the car to tell what diameter they are without measuring?  Also, are the front and rear the same size and if I replace them will it stop the pulsing/shimmying when I brake?  Thanks for your help!

Tom

Answer
I believe the 15 or 16 refers to wheel size.you would need to measure thm there is nothing that says what size they are on the car.they are not the same size.if the steering shimmys when breaking then yes it should if you feel the pulsation in the brake pedal and car body more then probably not, this would be warped rear rotors.
