Volvo Repair: Turbo O-ring replacement, oil return, dipstick tube

Question
I need to replace the turbo oil return line seal on my 91 740 turbo. I'd be grateful to find out what disassembly I'd have to do to replace the O-ring seal. It's rated as a 1.5 hour procedure so I expect it's a bit complicated. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks.

Answer
1.5 hours actually isn't that long.  Front brakes are rated at 1.0 by themselves.  From the bottom of the car looking up at the turbo, unbolt the oil return line from the turbo.  Then unbolt the line from the side of the block (may just be pushed in like a dipstick tube, i forget for that model).  Once that pipe is off you can put the new seal on and put it all back together.  Other than that all you have to do is disassemble any other hardware that gets in the way of you doing that job.  Some people have to take off more stuff than others.  Alot will depend on the tools you have.  With the right swivels and sockets and equipment I can do one removing hardly anything.
