Volvo Repair: Best Shop Manual for 1998 S70GLT, volvo manuals, chilton manual

I've got the Chilton manual for this car, but I find it too general, not able to answer some of my more specific questions.  Is there a better, more specific, and yet not horrendously-priced alternative?

First, I'm sorry for the delay getting to your question.  I have been in orlando for the past few days for XC90 V8 traingin and have been unable to take emails.

Well the volvo manuals are expensive.  They are however the only manuals that will have more comprehensive information for your model specifically.  You may talk to your dealer nearest to you.  All shop procedures are on the PC there and they may print you the procedure for just your job if they're nice enough.  They may charge you a little something, but they may give it to you for nothing.  They would be more inclined to do that though if you buy the parts from them at the same time.  Hope that helps.
