Volvo Repair: service engine, volvo wagon, cluster one

Question
I have a 1987 Volvo wagon 740 turbo that I can't figure out how to reset the service engine light. The light goes off 2 minutes after i start the car. I know it has to do with the scheduled oil changes and maintenance but i have a friend that does that for me. I appreciate your help.

YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE 2 SMALL COVER PIECES AT THE BOTTOM CORNER OF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER.ONE MAY SAY UNLEADED ON IT UNDER THE FUEL GUAGE.REMOVE THE SCREWS BEHIND THESE COVERS THEN PULL THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FORWARD AND ON THE BACK THERE IS A BUTTON THAT YOU PRESS TO RESET THE LIGHT.SHOULD BE TO THE LEFT JUST OFF CENTER OF THE CLUSTER
