Volvo Repair: S80 Service lights reset, coolant level, bulb failure

Question
I have a 2002 S80 2.9.  I have been trying to reset my service lights for about a year with no luck.  "Bulb failure, multiple bulbs" and "Coolant level low" lights come on.  There is plenty of coolant and all bulbs are working.  I have tried turning to position 1 pressing odometer reset and turning to position 2 for 10 seconds(I have tried in many different ways).  This does not work.  The authorized Volvo service provider serviced the car and tried resetting also with no luck.  Have you run into this problem before?

Answer
I have not had one I could not reset.below is how I reset them.  turn the ignition key to position 1 then press and hold the tripometer reset button then turn the key to position 2.hold the button til the service light flashes 2 times then release the button and then turn the key to off position.

be sure there are 2 bulbs lit up on each taillight.the coolant resevoir could be a bad float in the resevoir I have seen them go bad.

if the light does not reset ,the bulb failure, and coolant light are still on.there could be a problem in the DIM (driver information module)AKA  instrument cluster.you could try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes and see if this helps sometimes a mudule can get locked up and do funny things.
