Volvo Repair: fuel system, vacuum leaks, fuel pressure

Question
My 91 non-turbo 740 stumbles when taking off from a stop, above 1700 RPM's it smooths out and runs fine. only 1 code 1 - 2 - 2. I replaced the IAT but the problemes still there althoug not as bad. One shop said said fuel pump was only at 45 PSIG. Where should I look next?

Answer
The fuel pressure sounds fine. I would clear the computer memory, may be old code, and test drive vehicle again and recheck later for trouble codes. I would look into ignition tune-up parts, especially plug wires (if older than 60k miles, recommend replacing), check also cap and rotor. If these are fine, check for vacuum leaks.
