Volvo Repair: Cleaning ETM Electronic Throttle Module, volvo service, s70 glt

Question
My S70 GLT 1999 in idle state fluctuates 500RPMs.
During driving everything seems to be working fine.
I read all your recomendation and also found VOLVO Service Bulletin #0023 JUL 2001 'ETM Cleaning'. Since I have no VADIS what is the procedure to uninstall / install throttle unit for the cleaning?

turbo and non turbo will be a little different.turbo is under the intake manifold and will require the removal of the turbo hose attached to the throttle body at one end and the intercooler on the other.then you can remove the 4 10mm bolts holding the throttle on.then just spray it clean with carbuerator cleaner.a non turbo is easier because it is on the side of the intake manifold.just remove the hose to the throttle ,remove the throttle then clean with carbuerator cleaner.
