Volvo Repair: ETS light on Volvo 2000 s70 glt, s70 glt, electronic throttle

What should I go about repairing or servicing ETS on the Volvo,this light comes on on my car.Do you have a repair place or you have a trusted reference to take the car to ? and how much is the cost ?

first would be to check for codes in the engine control unit.most likely the electronic throttle module is bad and will need replaced which you will have to have done at the dealer unless you know of a local volvo mechanic with access to volvo software.the cost will be about 500 dollars for the thottle unit 40 dollars software 10 for the gasket and about 3-4 hours labor.
