Volvo Repair: 1994 850 Front Seat Heaters, heater pad, thermal switch

Hello Regis,
Hope you are doing well.  My seats do not heat anymore.  Could you please let me know what the possible p[roblem is and how best to access the controller/coils etc?  The switch lights come on when heaters are switched on, but no heat. Thank you!

I have not worked on many heated seats in Florida.so I have not seen many problems with them to know what types of problems they usually have.best way would be to remove the seats 14 mm bolts and tilt the seat back to access the thermal switch and wiring to the heater pad.the only way to chek the htermal switch would be to remove it and put in the freezer then see if it allows power through it.then check continuity of the heater pad and groiund for the heater circuit.
