Volvo Repair: rough idle S80T6, emission system, generic code

Question
Changed both belts along with tensioner. Now car has a rough idle OBD11 code 0014 with dash saying to service emission system. Any thoughts? Oh yes I did clean the throttle body. I can drive the car but when I stop the idle is not even.

you did not mention a year.this code does not mean anything to me this is a generic code which volvo does not use.there are many thoughts for idle problems from software upgrades,bad air mass meter or bad throttle body.especially if this car is a 99 model year.
